Edwin Scrymgeour ( 28 July 1866- 1947), born in Dundee, also known as Neddy, was a Scottish MP for Dundee. He is the only person ever elected to the House of Commons on a prohibitionist ticket.

In the 1922 election, Scrymgeour and ED Morel , Labour, jointly ousted Winston Churchill, who had represented the city as a Coalition Liberal since 1908. Dundee, at that time, was a single constituency with two elected MPs.
