Driffield, also known as Great Driffield, is a market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It lies in the Yorkshire Wolds, on the Driffield Canal , and near the source of the River Hull.The town is home to a large annual agricultural show, and lies next to Little Driffield , where Alfred of Northumbria was buried.
