Coast to Coast AM is a late-night syndicated radio talk show dealing with current events particularly as they relate to paranormal issues.

Coast to Coast was created by broadcaster Art Bell, who hosted the program from his residence in Nye County, Nevada. Bell has retired and returned several times, and the show is now carried by Premiere Radio Networks and is moderated by George Noory from Los Angeles. Bell hosts the program most Saturday and Sunday nights. The show is occasionally hosted by Barbara Simpson from San Francisco, California.

Coast to Coast mostly emphasizes very unusual stories and is full of personal stories. While program content varies, most nights are focused towards the paranormal, occult knowledge, ghosts, conspiracy theoriesFor the movie, see Conspiracy Theory (movie # A conspiracy theory is a theory that defies common historical or current understanding of events, under the claim that those events are the result of manipulations by one or more secretive powers or conspiraci, protoscienceIn the philosophy of science, the term protoscience is used to describe a new area of scientific endeavor in the process of becoming established. Nowadays, the term is generally used to mean those cases that are believed by some to be the spaceships of extraterrestrial aliens, and pseudo-science. Guests are frequent, and individuals' stories and experiences are discussed in detail. After the interview, the host opens up public phone lines. Callers can ask the guest a specific question.

On Fridays, the guest does not stay on very long, and the host takes unrelated calls for the rest of the program. This is called "Open Lines."

The Halloween edition of Coast to Coast becomes "Ghost to Ghost" as callers call in with their ghost stories.
