The Coalition of Progressive Electors (COPE) is a municipal political party in the Canadian city of Vancouver, British Columbia. It follows generally left-wing principles.

In 2002 Vancouverites elected their first COPE mayor, Larry Campbell.

COPE was founded with the assistance of the city's Labour Council in 1968 to compete with the conservative Non-Partisan Association which dominated municipal politics. Key figures were Frank Kennedy of the labour council and Harry Rankin, a socialist city councillor as well as members of the BC New Democratic Party.
