Home > Co-Counselling

Co-Counselling is a grass roots low cost form of psychotherapy which uses minimal training to teach its members some basic rules in the therapist / client relationship. Members then meet regularly in pairs to give each other peer-to-peer counselling, in turn playing the role of counsellor and client, with equal amounts of time allocated to each.

It was originally formulated in 1965 by the American Harvey Jackins . The movement is split into Re-evaluation Counseling and Co-Counselling International .
