Chek Lap Kok (赤鱲角; pinyin: Chėlič Jiǎo; lit. "Red Perch Cape") was an island of Hong Kong. It is one of the two islands (the other being Lam Chau) disappeared into to the 12.48 kmē platform mainly reclaimed from the sea for the current Hong Kong International Airport. The airport is therefore popularly referred to as Chek Lap Kok Airport.

Chek Lap Kok Island was located north of Lantau Island, and got its name from the fact that the red perch (赤鱲 fish with whiskers) was once abundant in its vicinity.
