Chantal Kreviazuk is a Canadian singer-songwriter of rock music and pop music. She was born on May 18, 1974, in Winnipeg, Manitoba and is a classically trained pianist. Her husband is Raine Maida, front man for Our Lady Peace. They married in 1999. On January 16, 2004, their son, Rowan, was born.She is a writing collaborator of Avril Lavigne.
