The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) is a think-tank whose mandate is to deal with issues of international governance and economics. It is based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

It was founded in 2002 with a donation of $30 million from Jim Balsillie, co- CEO of Research in Motion.

It is presently headquartered in the former Seagram Museum in downtown Waterloo.
