Casey Allan Stern was a contestant on the first season of the ESPN reality television show Dream Job. Stern, an executive recruiter from Bellmore, New York, went to a Monday Night Football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants just a few hours before he joined the line in front of the ESPN Zone in New York City for the Dream Job nationwide talent search. He promised himself he wouldn't scream, but ended up doing so, and said later he drank many bottles of water on the way to get in line. He says he was in line at about 3:50 AM New York time.

Stern was no doubt the shortest contestant on the show, reaching about 5'3" in height, but the heart he gave toward his performances measured much bigger than he would stand. Stern gave his all on the show, but it wouldn't be enough. In the 5th week of the show, on the March 21, 2004 episode, Stern and Kelly Milligan were cut from the show.
