The current Serbian government was formed on March 3, 2004 with the appointment of Vojislav Kostunica as the Prime Minister.The government of Serbia consists of four political parties- DSS; G-17 Plus; Serbian Renewal Movement - New Serbia and it has support of one more - SPS the party of Slobodan Milosevic who rules the party from the Hague, from ICTY.

Two ministers have resigned. Ljiljana Colic was forced to leave after bad decisions. Dragan Maršicanin resigned hoping to become the president which didn`t happen. After that he was placed to be ambassador of Serbia and Montenegro in Switzerland.
