Home > British Columbia provincial highway 15

British Columbia provincial highway 15, known locally as the Pacific Highway, is a 20-km long north-south highway in the City of Surrey. Highway 15, which first opened in 1957, is used by large commercial vehicles crossing the Canada/ U.S. border to access Interstate 5 or Highway 1, as these vehicles are not permitted to use the Peace Arch border crossing.

Route details

Highway 15 essentially follows 176th Street all the way from Washington State Route 543 at the international border, through intersections with Highways 10 and 1A to a junction with Highway 1, except for a 1.43 km-long bypass around the community of Cloverdale , which also takes the highway over the Southern Railway of B.C.
