Boise State University is a state university located in downtown Boise, the capital city of Idaho. The school's athletic teams are called the Broncos. Over 18,000 full and part-time students enroll annually. Approximately 200 degrees are offered from Technical certificates to Doctorates. It is regionally accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges .

The 153-acre main campus is located in downtown Boise, on the Boise RiverThe Boise River is a tributary of the Snake River, approximately 75 mi (121 km) long, in southwestern Idaho in the United States.
