Blain Morin was a Canadian politician, who represented the Sudbury, Ontario riding of Nickel Belt from 1998 to 1999 in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. He was a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party.

Morin replaced Floyd Laughren, who retired in 1998. However, in 1999, the provincial ridings of Nickel Belt and Sudbury East were merged, and Morin lost the NDP nomination in the expanded Nickel Belt riding to Sudbury East incumbent Shelley Martel.
