Bishop's House is the oldest survivng timber house in Sheffield. It was built around 1500 and is located at the top Meersbrook Park. Inside are exibitions on life in the 16th and 17th centuries with two rooms decorated in Jacobean Style.

Admission: Saturday 10am - 4.30pm and Sunday 11am - 4.30pm (Monday -Friday 10am - 3pm pre-booked groups only) ; Admission: FREE. How to get there: By car, From the A61 Sheffield - Chesterfield Road, Parking: On street parking nearby. The nearest railway station is Sheffield
