- Fantastic Four Unlimited #1-12 ( March 1993 - December 1995)
- Fantastic Four: The World's Greatest Comics Magazine #1-12 ( February 2001 - January 2002)
- Fantastic Four 1234 - A four-issue miniseries 2002.
- Fantastic Four 2099 - An eight-issue miniseries produced in 1996. Features the 'present' FF team somehow transported forward into 2099, and features other 2099 characters, most notably Spiderman 2099.
- Honorable mention: Reed Richards' brain and the Thing's body feature in one of Marvel's newest comics, Mutant 2099. It is not connected with the previous 2099 series in any way.
