Assembly of Kosovo (in Albanian Kuvendi i Kosovės, in Serbian Скупштина Косова) is the highest provisional self-government and representative and law making institution of Kosovo. It is regulated by the Constitutional Framework. The Assembly has 120 members. 100 members are directly voted into the Assembly, and the remaining 20 are reserved:

- Budget Committee
- Committee for Finance and Economy
- Committee for Education, Science and Technology
- Committee for Health
- Committee for Labour and Social Welfare
- Committee for Public Services
- Committee on International Co-operation
- Committee on Judicial, Legislative and Constitutional Framework Matters
- Committee on Missing Persons - it is a relatively unique committee that deals with the issue of large number of missing persons and prisoners of war as a result of the Kosovo War.

- Committee for Trade and Industry
- Committee for Culture, Youth and Sports
- Committee for Environment and Spatial Planning
- Committee for Transport and Communications

2 Election results
Following the elections in October 2004, following political groups have taken regular seats:
- LDK (Democratic League of Kosovo) - 47 seats.
- PDK (Democratic Party of Kosovo) - 30 seats.
- AAK (Alliance for Future of Kosova) - 9 seats.
- ORA - 7 seats.
- PSHDK (Albanian Christian-Democratic Party of Kosova) - 2 seats.
- KDTP (Kosovo Turkish Democratic Party) - 1 seat.
- PD (Party of Justice) - 1 seat.
- KV - 1 seat.
- LPK (People's Movement of Kosova) - 1 seat.
- PLK - 1 seat.
Most of the Serbs boycotted the elections, resulting in a less then 1% turnout of the Serbian population. It is still unclear whether the seats reserved for the Serbian ethnic group will be taken.
