1 Geography

Armonk is located at 41°7'43" North, 73°42'28" West (41.128631, -73.707886) ¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 15.9 km² (6.1 mi²). 15.7 km² (6.1 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.65% water.

2 Demographics

As of the census ² of 2000, there are 3,461 people, 1,172 households, and 995 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 219.8/km² (568.9/mi²). There are 1,204 housing units at an average density of 76.5/km² (197.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.53% White, 0.61% African American, 0.06% Native American, 4.16% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.40% from other racesThe United States Census Bureau uses the federal government's definitions of race when performing a census.
