The Chinese Telephone Code Plan is the way to group telephone numbers in China. Typically a "0" is added in front when dialing from within China, but is never added when dialing from outside China. Domestic phone numbers in large cities have 8 digits, and in other areas 7 digits and no less.In China, Mobile phone numbers start with 13 and usually have 11 digits.
