André Bellevance is a Canadian politician.

Bellevance is currently a member of the Bloc Québécois in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Richmond—Arthabaska since 2004. Before being elected, he was the parliamentary assistant to Pierre Paquette . Bellevance has recently become known to Canadians as the politician who feels comfortable cashing his Federal government paycheck while refusing to provide Canadian Flags to Canadian Veterans who fought preserving his right to free speech and democracy.
