1 Communities

The City of Albion is located on the northern boundary of the township, though it is politically independent. There are two small unincorporated communities in the township:

• Babcock is at latitude 42° 13' 02" north and longitude 84° 48' 00" west, about two miles southwest of Albion city. It is just west of the south branch of the Kalamazoo River. Midway Airport, a small airfield, is nearby. The FIPS place code is 04690. The elevation is 959 feet above sea level.
• Condit is at latitude 42° 11' 18" north and longitude 84° 47' 12" west, about four miles southwest of Albion city and two miles north of Homer. The FIPS place code is 17770.

2 Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 85.5 km² (33.0 mi²This article is about the unit of measure. The median age is 40 years. For every 100 females there are 97.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 94.6 males.
