1 Geography

The district includes the Town of Ajax and the northern part of the Town of Pickering .

2 History

The electoral district was created in 2004 57.6% from Pickering—Ajax—Uxbridge and 44.8% from Whitby—Ajax. The riding has yet to experience its first election. The incumbent will be Dan McTeague of the Liberal Party of Canada.
