Aaron J. Fink, M.D., (d. 1990) was a California urologist who believed that male neonatal circumcision was ordained by the Bible and medically necessary.

Fink authored Circumcision: A Decision for Life, a pro-circumcision tract. He also promoted the theory that circumcision could prevent HIV infection, although he had no medical evidence to support that hypothesis at the time. A comprehensive and exhaustive review of the medical evidence has confirmed this hypothesis [1].
