1-1-0 is the formation most commonly used in 2-a-side park football : one rush goalkeeper, one midfielder. Of course, there are no defenders or strikers, so for this reason the name for this formation was originally 1-0-1-0, but it has since then been shortened to 1-1-0. The goalkeeper and mifielder in this system generally swop around fairly frequently, and not only when the ball goes out of play - indeed, it is generally accepted that the player furthest back can claim to be the goalkeeper, and therefore use his hands on the ball when adjudged to be inside the penalty area.
